Refund Policy
Last updated November 5, 2026
This policy explains when and how you can get a refund for a paid beereau plan. Questions or requests: hello@beereau.com.
Who handles payments
Payments are processed by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle charges your card, issues your invoice, collects applicable taxes and processes approved refunds. We never see or store your full card details.
Free trial
Your first team comes with 3 days free. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before day 4, you are never charged and no refund is needed.
Cancelling
- Plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars.
- You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing in your office, or by writing to hello@beereau.com.
- Cancelling stops future charges. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for.
When you can get a refund
- First charge: if you ask within 14 days of your first paid charge, we refund it in full.
- Our mistake: if you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or the service was unavailable for most of a billing period because of us, we refund the affected charge.
- Renewals: later monthly charges are not refundable, except as described above, where Paddle approves a refund on our behalf, or where the law requires it.
We do not refund partial months for unused days.
How to ask for a refund
- Email hello@beereau.com with the subject "Refund request". Include the email you use in beereau and your Paddle receipt or order number.
- We reply within 2 business days and, if the refund is approved, ask Paddle to process it.
- Paddle returns the money to your original payment method. It usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
You can also contact Paddle directly through the link in your receipt.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer protection law where you live. If the law gives you more, the law wins.
