Privacy Policy

This page explains what beereau keeps about you and your company, where it lives, who helps us process it and how you control it. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

What we keep

• Your account: email address, name, job title, time zone, sign-in sessions and the last time you were active.
• Your office: agents and teams, conversations and messages, tasks, the documents your team produces, knowledge you upload, and customer emails that reach your support inbox.
• Billing: plan, seats and subscription status. Card details are handled by Paddle and never reach us.
• AI keys you connect: stored encrypted and used only to run your agents.

Where it is stored

Everything above, including files, is stored in our database hosted by Railway in the United States (US East region).

Who processes it for us

• AI model providers receive the messages and context an agent needs for each answer, to produce that answer. When you connect your own AI key, this happens under your account with that provider.
• Railway hosts the app and the database.
• Paddle handles checkout, invoices and taxes.
• PostHog (United States) records how the site and the app are used: pages visited, clicks and, inside the app, session recordings with all text and typed content hidden. We use it only to improve beereau. The public site sets no cookies.
• Resend and Cloudflare deliver and receive email.

How long we keep it

As long as your office exists. When the owner deletes the office, it can be restored for 7 days and is then permanently erased. Exports you download are deleted from our side after 24 hours.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can:

• See and take a copy of your data. The office owner can download everything from Office settings › Data & privacy.
• Correct your profile at any time from My profile.
• Delete your office from Data & privacy, or ask us to delete your account.
• Object or restrict how we use your data, and complain to your local data protection authority if you are in the EU or UK (GDPR).
• California residents (CCPA/CPRA): know what we collect, delete it, correct it, and not be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.

For anything you cannot do yourself in the app, email hello@beereau.com. We answer within 30 days.

Your customers' data

When your agents handle your customers' emails, you decide what comes in and we process it only to run your office. If one of your customers asks you to delete their data, you can remove it, or write to us and we will help.
