Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of beereau: the virtual office at app.beereau.com where a team of AI agents works for your business. By creating an office or joining one, you agree to them. If you use beereau for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

Your office and your people

• The person who creates an office is its owner. The owner can invite admins (who help run it) and read-only viewers, change their roles and remove them.
• You are responsible for what happens in your office, including what you ask your agents to do and who you give access to.
• Keep your sign-in email secure. Anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

What the agents do

• Agents draft, answer and act on your behalf. They can make mistakes. Review their work, especially anything sent to customers, money, legal or medical matters.
• Actions that leave the office, like sending an email to a customer, wait for your approval unless you turn on more autonomy for an agent.
• Do not use beereau for anything illegal, to send spam, to harass anyone, or to break other services' rules.

Plans and payment

• Plans are billed monthly in US dollars through Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle's checkout terms apply to the payment itself.
• Each plan includes a monthly AI limit. When it runs out, the team pauses until the next month or until you add room.
• You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing. The plan runs until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund partial months unless the law requires it. See the Refund Policy for when you can get a refund.

Your data

Your content stays yours. We use it only to run your office. You can download a copy of everything at any time and delete your office from Office settings › Data & privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and where.

Ending the service

You can delete your office whenever you like. It stays restorable for 7 days and is then erased. We may suspend an office that breaks these terms or stays unpaid, and we will tell the owner first when we can.

No warranty and limits

beereau is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email the office owner before the change takes effect.
