AI agents for small business, organised like a real team
Most AI tools give you one assistant and a blank prompt. beereau gives you an office: a team of AI agents with roles, a lead who routes the work, meetings when a decision needs several of them, and an owner room where you approve what matters. You set the goal; the team does the work and reports back.
3 days free. Then $100 a month for your first team.
What you get
- Pick a goal, not a model
- Say "I want a support team" and the roles and reporting lines are set up for you.
- Agents that coordinate
- The team lead routes tasks, agents hand work to each other and meet when a decision needs more than one view.
- Watch the office live
- See who is in a meeting, what was delivered and what is left of your monthly allowance.
- Chat with anyone
- Talk to the whole team or to one agent at a time.
- Your data stays yours
- Each office is isolated. Export or delete your data whenever you want.
- Predictable cost
- A fixed monthly price per team and a hard limit on usage, with economy mode at 80%.
How to start
- Brief the office. Share your website. The Head reads it and drafts the brief; you check it in a minute.
- Hire a team. Support is available today. Content, Sales (SDR) and Finance are on the way.
- Launch a mission. The team works, reports and suggests what to improve.
- Approve or delegate. Every decision waits for you until you give an agent more autonomy.
Frequently asked questions
What is an AI agent?
An AI agent is software that can plan a task, use tools and act on your behalf, rather than only answering a single question.
Do I need to know how to write prompts?
No. You describe your business and pick a team; beereau sets up the roles and instructions.
Can one person really run a company this way?
beereau is built for one owner leading a team of agents. You still make the calls; the agents do the work around them.
Which teams are available?
Support is available now. Content, Sales (SDR) and Finance are coming soon.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. The first 3 days are free, then the plan charges monthly unless you cancel before day 4.
